電磁閥圖片/BURKERT電磁閥參數(shù)
有常閉型和常開型二種。常閉型斷電時呈關閉狀態(tài)，當線圈通電時產生電磁力，使動鐵芯克服彈簧力同靜鐵芯吸合直接開啟閥，介質呈通路；當線圈斷電時電磁力消失，動鐵芯在彈簧力的作用下復位，直接關閉閥口，介質不通。結構簡單，動作可靠，在零壓差和微真空下正常工作。常開型正好相反。如小于φ6流量通徑的BURKERT 電磁閥。 BURKERT電磁閥采用一次開閥和二次開閥連在一體，主閥和導閥分步使電磁力和壓差直接開啟主閥口。當線圈通電時，產生電磁力使動鐵芯和靜鐵芯吸合，導閥口開啟而導閥口設在主閥口上，且動鐵芯與主閥芯連在一起，此時主閥上腔的壓力通過導閥口卸荷，在壓力差和電磁力的同時作用下使主閥芯向上運動，開啟主閥介質流通。當線圈斷電時電磁力消失，此時動鐵芯在自重和彈簧力的作用下關閉導閥孔，此時介質在平衡孔中進入主閥芯上腔，使上腔壓力升高，此時在彈簧復位和壓力的作用下關閉主閥，介質斷流。結構合理，動作可靠，在零壓差時工作也可靠。如：ZQDF，ZS，2W等。
